About Us
We are a small family-owned business located in Murray, KY, Jerry Don Tucker started the business located on old 641 in Almo, KY in a garage behind his house. In 1982 the business then moved to its current location on highway 641 later selling to his oldest son, Terry in 1999. Terry and Jan ran the business until 2013 when they sold it to the current owners, Darren and Ashley Crick. Darren started here in 1995 as a co-op student, becoming full time once graduating in 1996.
We are an old school speed shop, still doing most things the old way on old equipment. We do not have any CNC machines here, still looking up parts in books if able and can have most parts ordered and here within a couple days if we do not have what you need in stock.
Services
We can do machine work on most block, cranks and heads. What we have listed below is just a basic list of what we offer. As of January 2023, we are not building complete engines or short blocks, if things slowdown in the machining area later then we can pick those jobs back up.
We are back to accepting block, crank and all head work as of Monday, May 13, 2024, this may be for a limited time.
We will not be doing any engine assembly. We also do not do any head porting or polishing!
